How do I earn Paw Prints?
You can earn a number of different ways.
You will earn when you sign-up, for each purchase you make, and you'll earn extra Paw Prints when you celebrate your birthday!
How do I join? Does it cost anything?
It's free to join!
Create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your Paw Prints!
We can't offer Paw Prints for purchases made if you check out as a guest.
How do I get to the next level?
You will move up to the next level the more you spend with us.
How do I use my Paw Prints?
To redeem Paw Prints, sign in and go to the Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Redeem seeds by clicking on the "Ways to redeem".
Do my Paw Prints expire?
Yes, Paw Prints expire.
If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of Paw Prints) then your Paw Prints balance will be set back to zero.
Tier status resets every 12 months from when a new membership starts.
Where can I see how many Paw Prints I have?
You can find your Paw Prints balance on the Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
Can I earn Paw Prints on past purchases?
No, Paw Prints cannot be added to your account retroactively.
You can earn Paw Prints on all future purchases when logged into your account and shopping.
Can I return rewards?
Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.
Rewards may not be combined with any other vouchers or promotion.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your account at any time.
