Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.
When you sign up, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. We currently do not offer exchanges on our website but we will be happy to refund you any product you wish to return. If you want to exchange, you can return your product and place another order with us. If you believe the product you received is faulty or you've received an incorrect item/size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
