SAVER DELIVERY - FREE
We offer Free Saver delivery by Royal Mail Tracked. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days but please allow for extra time during busy periods due to high volume of orders. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to Outlying areas (e.g. Highlands) and Northern Ireland can take between 5 - 6 working days to arrive.
If you are not at home to accept delivery they may deliver your item to a safe place location at the address without a specific instruction from you.
PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.99
We offer Royal Mail 24 delivery at £4.99. Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days but please allow for extra time during busy periods due to high volume of orders. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to Outlying areas (e.g. Highlands) and Northern Ireland can take between 5 - 6 working days to arrive.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - £7.99
We offer Express next working day delivery at £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 3pm Mon - Fri.
Express Delivery to the Outlying areas (e.g. Highlands) and Northern Ireland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.
Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Royal Mail will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable, customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.
Royal Mail would then return the item back to their Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.
OUTSIDE UK DELIVERIES
Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
