Need to speak to someone in customer services…..I bought these for my son for Christmas, and they haven’t even lasted 7 months!!! Such gorgeous shoes, but falling apart at the heel! Cobbler can’t fix them and said I should ask for a refund or a replacement pair!!!
Very nice shoe that looks great on. I've spent ages looking for the right shoes and have found it! Its almost true to size, perhaps a fraction small. I am size 9.5 in most brands, size 10 in some brands, and size 9 in one brand. Very comfortable. Slightly tight to get on because the opening is a bit snug. I recommend these!

Ricky boots, size 10. Very tight. They need to be about 3-4mm bigger internally all round to be a proper size 10*. Very difficult to slide foot in/out as the opening is too small. The inner sole is very flimsy and doesn’t have any cushioning so it’s hard on the sole of the foot. The 3 pairs of eyelets don’t have flange on the outside making the laces difficult to loosen and then tighten. Probably 4 pairs of eyelets would help. The leather upper is very hard. All of this make the boots very uncomfortable. The boots are not worth 90 unless all these issues are sorted. *I have several Size 10 shoes/boots/trainers from other manufacturers and they are all true to size and very comfortable.

Leather is very thick, so they need breaking in, but then very comfortable.
