I started using your products many years ago, and they have always been of good quality, which I genuinely appreciated. However, today I received a poor‑quality product made in China, despite paying the same price I used to pay for your earlier high‑quality items. This is very disappointing, and I kindly request clarification on why the quality has changed. This something like looting money from public.

5 months of occasional wear and the soles are almost worn through. Described as "hard wearing..." - not true. Very soft construction, next to no stability or support for foot. Wouldn't buy again.
Although the shoes were a little tighter than normal for my size when I put them on for the first time, they have loosened off with wear and are very comfortable for all day wear. Exactly what I was looking for.
