While I liked the shoes very much, my experience of buying online from Hush Puppies website is not at all remarkable. I usually wear size 8 shoes for most brands and hence I first ordered size 8 for these shoes. Those turned out to be bigger than usual and hence I had to return them. While I did receive full refund of the price of the shoes but I had to pay for the return mail, say about £15 (roughly 1/3rd of the price of the item itself). This is not how online shopping works. Anyone selling online offers a free return, if the product is unused, say within a specified time period. I would not be buying anything online from Hush Puppies store anymore. I might buy the same stuff from eBay or Amazon where the provide free return policy.
