This is my second pair and in a matter of days the back right heal had collapsed, the rubber support underneath has cracked, this happened with my first pair and I thought it was a one of but obviously it's a fault in the shoes

I previously bought the same model in black leather, and it's so comfortable. That was the reason to buy another pair in a different colour and finish. Unfortunately, mine came with a faulty sole and I had to return it. The customer service was very helpful. I was refunded, but couldn't get a replacement because they were sold out. Anyway, still a happy customer of Hush Puppies. Having a lot of their shoes and only one issue so far.

At first the shoes were great. Then after @10 wears they started to feel uncomfortable, my feet weren’t supported and I felt my heel was caving inwards. On inspection of the soles (from the inside) it appears that the sole has come apart from the inside. My friend has also experienced the same feeling with her shoes too. It must be a fault with the shoe itself (the black style was also faulty and I’ve received a refund for those.)
