I ordered two pairs of Nella T-Bar shoes in black and cream; unfortunately, due to a fault with the cream pair, I needed to return one pair; however, I can't fault the customer service received, from the moment I placed my order to the swift response to my email regarding the faulty pair, through to return and refund.
