No ability to adjust width. Sandals great at forefoot but way too loose at ankle. Shoes arrived in an XL plastic bag without anything around the box to protect it. End result was a rip on top of the lid and a damaged corner. HP return policy states box must be in new condition. My email to HP explaning that the damage occurred in the post and requesting confirmation that my return would be accepted was completly ignored. HP's return policy is a scam when they do nothing to protect the box in transit. I will never buy from HP again.
