What types of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please call us immediately on +44(0)1452 886 204 and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 30 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.
What do I do if my discount code isn't working?
When you sign up, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers. All discount codes are provided by us, we do not use third parties. If you still have any issues, please contact hello@hushpuppies.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. If your code is still valid, you can use it on your next order.
Can I exchange or return my order?
We currently do not offer exchanges, but we will be happy to refund you any product you wish to return. If you want to exchange, you can return your product and place another order with us. What do I do if my product is faulty or received an incorrect item/size?
If you believe the product you received is faulty or if you’ve received an incorrect item/size, please contact hello@hushpuppies.co.uk immediately before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs so please contact us and we will be happy to assist. How do I unsubscribe?
If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe the following ways: 1) Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the emails we send to you 2) Contact our customer service team at hello@hushpuppies.co.uk and one of our team members will be able to assist.
My order is faulty, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service team, and do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further. For further information regarding faulty items please visit the returns & exchanges page.
