Firstly, I was sent a pair of mis-matched sizes. One being a size 7 and other a 6. I contacted customer services, who while helpful, only gave me the option to return and not exchange and were strict on return conditions (although were they going to resell an odd pair?). As I had not realised the sizing issue when i first recieved them, I also no longer had the packing slip so could not return them.
I decided to wear them for the first time, as planned, for a wedding. They were comfy but the strap broke and plaited cord around the sole started unravelling after one wear. Waste of money and time trying to sort out with customer services.
Loved these shoes when they came as I struggle to get a comfortable wide fit sandal to wear on holidays however the second time I wore them out in the evening the strap broke. I was mortified as I didn’t have any other sandals with me to wear for the rest of the holiday . I had to go into the town and try and find a replacement. Gutted as I really liked these but obviously poorly made .
I so wanted to love these sandals however they ripped my feet apart. The raffia rubbed my toes and the inside of my foot at the ankle strap and was left with open sores. I had to wear blister plasters for the rest of my holidays.
They sandals did look good though!
