The shoes look good but are almost too uncomfortable to wear. They are very hard and sharp at the top of the heel as per the photo attached. As a result, they dig into the back of my heel. I have tried to soften this area by lightly hammering the edge over a rounded former but they still dig in. I even thought they would need time to 'bed in' and had to wear 2 pairs of socks and a cushioned plaster on my heel but this has not improved things. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain my issue with these shoes as I was really disappointed with them - Paul
