Very disappointed and annoyed. On 10th Jan 2024 I ordered a pair of these bootee slippers for my granddaughters birthday. She takes a size 2. She loved them but sadly she couldn't even get her foot in them. Same as other reviewers say, they are very small. I rang the customer service number to ask if they had any measurements so I could order the size I need (I wasn't happy in just going up a couple of sizes) but they didn't have that information. However so as not to disappoint my granddaughter I went on the website to reorder anyway but was astounded to see that the price had gone up by £10 even though it was in a sale! I'd paid £19.99 and they're now at £29.99 reduced from £38. I can only assume the £19.99 price was an error on their part. I'm keeping the slippers I bought and my younger granddaughter will have them so I'll at least save £5 on postage. I'm going to take my older granddaughter shopping to hopefully find a suitable replacement that fits. Sadly not going to buy again online from Hushpuppies. Can't risk it.
