Tan Bryson Brogue Lace-Up Shoes

The shoes are of good quality and very comfortable. However, the sizing runs slightly large—I initially ordered a size 10, but it turned out to be too big. I had to return it and reorder a size 9, which fit much better. My only complaint is the returns process. It's not very user-friendly: you only get refunded for the shoes themselves (not the original delivery fee), and you also have to cover the return shipping cost. On top of that, there's an additional delivery charge for the replacement pair. For an online purchase in this day and age, the return policy feels outdated and unnecessarily expensive.

I’m hoping that once they are worn in the comfort level will go from good to great - one small improvement under the ball of the foot would be good too as also more “Achilles” protection at the heel. They look and wear great and I love them so far.
