I originally bought a pair of these boots for my daughter a year ago. She loved them but after a few months of wear the back seam split. As they were very comfortable and fit her narrow feet well, I bought a replacement pair. The second pair broke after about 5 weeks with the lace retainer pulling out. I do not think the quality of these boots is satisfactory.

I have a size 8 foot and wear a size 8. These however are way too small both in length and way too narrow in width. Being a quality brand I assumed these would fit and was disappointed. They were a Christmas present from my children and of course they were disappointed. It was like Cinderella on Christmas morning. Why do you not sell shoes in a 9 or in wide fit? Why does your size 8 come up so small?

These boots looked to be exactly what I was looking for, a lace up yet a convenient zip up side. High enough to cover the awkward gap between the bottom of your jeans and top of the boot. Unfortunately the size comes up really small, I tried to loosen the laces and give them some 'wear' time thinking they might give a bit but they haven't. I wouldn't discourage you from buying them but I would definitely size up 1 size and they are also quite narrow. As I've worn these a few times hoping the might give, I can no longer return so don't want you to have the same problem.
The style just fills that awkward gap often left where leggings or jeans end and boots begin showing either bare leg or socks. Warm and comfortable ready for the winter. I sprayed mine for extra proofing against the weather. A real plus that I do not have to lace up every time just the zip, once they are laced and adjusted for your foot and tied they don’t need doing again, just step out after unzipping. A real boon saving that awkward crouching or bending all the time with laces.
