I love the shoe the quality is amazing for the price and real leather the comfort is great but I am normally a size 6 but with these I could have done with a size 5
Very comfortable shoes and a beautiful colour.
My normal shoe size is a 5.5, so I ordered a 6. They came up too large, so I ordered the 5 to compare the size. The 5 fit perfectly. I returned the 6 without any issues and had lovely customer service.
Smart outdoor shoe with good strong chunky soles. Ideal for wearing in the summertime when working outside with animals rather than having to wear a boot.
I bought these shoes as they were the first fashionable design I had seen with memory foam insoles. They come up on the larger size but a size down fits perfect.
They look great and are very comfortable.
At last I can look feminine without having to wear trainers or old fashioned shoes all of the time.

As almost everyone else has said these shoes come up really large. At least 1.5 sizes and they are quite wide
Disappointed to learn that they charge for returns even though the shoes are not an accurate size.
I’m a pretty standard 4 but often go up a size for boots or walking shoes. At a size 4 these are slipping in the heels. This has been rectified with silicone heel grips (only because it was cheaper and easier than returning)
Although the shoes are lovely and very comfortable and light weight I will never order online from Hush Puppies again. In this day and age there is zero excuse for charging customers to return defective shoes. Your own sizing chart is completely inaccurate based on how these shoes fit.
I've been looking for a pair of brow leather loafers for ages, and these were perfect. I knew they'd be good quality, coming from Hush Puppies and the price was good. I ordered my usual size, which is a 5. The shoes were enormous, at least a 6.5. I was most unhappy that in order to exchange for a smaller size I had to pay to return them. I did this and ordered a size 4, fully expecting them to be too small, but they were still too big! I don't understand how a shoe company can get the sizing of shoes so wrong! I realised that if I ordered them in a smaller size (no half sizes available) they would be too small, plus I'd have to pay for another return. I've decided to keep them and try to make them fit with insoles, which I haven't managed to find yet. The shoes are beautiful and the quality is great, but Hush Puppies, you need to change your sizing and, bearing in mind that people need to try shoes for size, stop charging for P&P and Returns. I think this is unacceptable.
I sadly had to return these as they were, for me, much on the large size (size 5 and I am normally pretty true to size). As returns are not prepaid I shied away from getting another pair and having to return again. The shoes themselves were great quality and stylish, and I suspect very comfortable. Customer service was responsive and helpful, the return/refund took a few days to process.
I loved these shoes gorgeous colour and lovely soft leather. However they came up huge so I had to return them. I then found the reviews on John Lewis which all said size down. My mum who is a size larger than me found them too big for her! This is frustrating as you have to pay for returns and they don't offer exchanges (which is poor for an online only shop in my opinion). I'll provably try and get them from John lewis now as the sizing is iffy and I don't want to pay for another return!
I ordered these in a size 5 as this is my size. Unfortunately they were much too big, by at least one size. I contacted customer service and asked for assistance, should I reorder in a whole or half size smaller, didn't want to keep reordering as returns aren't free. They were very unhelpful. Don't do half sizes and couldn't help with advice re sizes as they didn't know. I returned the shoes and am still awaiting my refund more than a week later
I wouldn't say that these shoes are perfect but they are comfortable. However, I'm always a size 6 in other makes of footwear but the 6 in this style were far too big for my feet and I went down a size. Even then there's a bit of play but not enough to be a nuisance. They do gape slightly at the sides when I walk. I'm wondering how they will be heeled when the time comes, as the heel and sole are all in one. The quality is good. I don't agree with the choices which Hush Puppies offers for rating purposes though!
I've been looking for stylish but comfortable loafers for a while. These are great. I'd say they are a true size 6, good for wide feet too. Cushioned feel make them easy to walk in.
