Absolutely terrible quality and terrible customer services. A hole developed in the toe area following less than 6 hours wear and I was told this is acceptable wear and tear. I was told that there is no manufacturing problem and I am not entitled to a refund. I have had to buy further school shoes from elsewhere.
I sent them back as they were damaged after 2 weeks Plus insoles came out after a day Very disappointed Have not heard anything since
Insoles are not stuck into the shoe so constantly moving and slipping causing discomfort. Really disappointed as I bought Hush puppies brand due to the good reputation but would not recommend or buy again I’m afraid
