I bought these great looking sandals for a holiday where I intended to walk a lot. I checked out the reviews and other purchasers commented how comfortable they were so I ordered them. Unfortunately, they rubbed both my heels the very first time I wore them for a half hour walk. I have worn them since, but always have a supply of plasters with me. Great price though and the footbed is supportive.
One shoe is coming apart at the sole/strap - any chance of a refund?

Absolutely love these sandals. I can wear them all day! We just need a bit more good weather so I can wear them more often. They are so comfortable and look great.
Worn straightaway and is a very comfortable sandal. The leather straps are a very soft leather and the elastic criss cross straps stretchy so there was no rubbing at all. A perfect all day summer sandal.
