Would avoid this company. They never replied to my emails, both boots had damage! I ended up calling them due to the lack of response. Finally got a returns postage label, but haven’t received a refund, so they have both the shoes and my money.

A great value boot that looks and feels good.
Gorgeous boots! Comfortable and chic!
The most comfortable boots I have ever worn
Unfortunately these boots are really narrow and I couldn’t even place my foot inside, I don’t even have wide feet. After sending them back for a refund which was on my expense nobody replied to me.
Disappointed as I am a standard size 5 I couldn't even get my foot in the boot. I would if ordered the next Size up. But having paid to return the boot over £5 postage I didn't want to chance ordering the wrong size again. I would of ordered the next size and kept had postage not being charged. So lost a sale out of me. Very disappointed wont order from you again.
Sadly the boots were not of the quality I was expecting, and not generous in fit. I returned the boots on 20.11.23 - disappointed that returns were not free which will probably mitigate against me ever buying footwear online again. I paid £12:15 postage to cover the value of the boots and to ensure they were delivered and signed for. I have not as yet been reimbursed for the boots. I would not recommend this purchase at all.
