Such a comfortable boot that I bought a second pair. True to size and good width. Feet are supported and extremely comfortable with memory foam sole. No plasters needed even on first wear. Love them!
Ordered brown pair in kids size 2 which were too small so ordered adult size 3 and they are massive so no inbetween size which is a shame as they are good quality boots but sizing of 3 is more like a 4 sadly gave them away & will keep looking incase 2.5 sizing comes available

Rather clunky, stiff, and heavy, the insoles are not super comfortable. Look nicer than most waterproof boots, but a bit more casual looking than I hoped. Hard to dress them up, in my opinion. Definitely waterproof thus far, which is nice walking a long way from the office.
I absolutely love these boots. They look great and they’re so comfortable. No rubbing or discomfort at all, even on the first day (worn all day walking around work). I would highly recommend!

These are waterproof boots with solid soles, just what I wanted for my walk to the train station in the winter. However, they are TINY. First few times I wore them the seam across the back of my ankle rubbed and caused a blister. My toes are right at the end of the boots, I can’t wear them two days in a row. They have memory foam soles, but this seems to be more in the heel than under the ball of the foot, so this part of the boot feels less comfortable. A bit odd.

Nice boot but they do come up small.
Trying to return them is proving difficult as the returns label is unreadable and the Post office won't accept it - there is no method to return with an address. Have contacted help service and no reply. Won't be using you again. Will probably sell boots on ebay or Vimted as proving a nightmare and expensive to return.

Really lovely boots, exactly what I was looking for.
Prompt delivery. Plenty of room in them which is good for accommodating thicker winter socks, comfortable and waterproof, also stylish. They will keep my feet warm and dry through the winter whilst walking the dog, I am happy!
Sadly they were 3 too big. Would have swapped them for a smaller size but on returning them I realised I had to pay to return them (I should have read the small print). Very disappointing
