I have shared this but your responses are very slow indeed. I’ve been on holiday for a week, come back and still no decision!! These shoes are not fit for purpose. The design includes a string detail on the inside of the shoes which rubs the foot. They look beautiful but the design should have included a leather lining to cover the string so it doesn’t just rub against the skin. Your customer service is terrible. This is my first and last purchase from Hush Puppies (I bought 3 different pairs of shoes and the only one that was comfortable didn’t look good on me).
